A REHAB DIRECTOR (SLP / ST / Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist) is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Must have CCC's & SNF mgmt. experience.

Royal Falmouth has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones road. This facility is ideal for sub-acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space. We’re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration. Our gym was completely remodeled pre COVID. We’re looking for somebody with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.

Qualifications

A successful Rehab Director will:

Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure efficient and effective operations
Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
Provide physical therapy services as needed.
Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Candidate must have one year of treatment experience.
Hold CCC's & MA SLP license
