- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence awardedÂ
by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. - Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- One to two years experience with swallowingÂ
disorders preferred. - Adheres to the Professional Code of Ethics of the ASHA.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Demonstrates current clinical competency.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
MATHEMATICAL and COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statisticalÂ
inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.Â
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions toÂ
practical situations. Basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range ofÂ
intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolismÂ
(formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficultÂ
