Overview

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experiencedand motivated Dual Services Manager to lead the delivery of Security andCleaning services at Fareham Shopping Centre.

As a key member of the site leadership team, youwill be responsible for ensuring that the centre remains safe, secure, cleanand welcoming for visitors, tenants, colleagues and stakeholders. Workingclosely with the Centre Management Team, you will drive operational excellence,maintain high standards of customer service and compliance, and lead a diverseteam to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

As Dual Services Manager, you will oversee theday-to-day Security and Cleaning operations across the shopping centre,ensuring contractual standards, service level agreements and KPIs areconsistently achieved.

You will act as the primary point of contact foroperational matters, working collaboratively with the client, stakeholders, andthe Anchor operations team while providing leadership, support and developmentto your teams.

The successful candidate will take ownership ofservice delivery, compliance, performance management and continuous improvementinitiatives, helping to create an exceptional experience for everyone whovisits or works at the centre.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee andmanage day-to-day security and cleaning operations, ensuring smooth servicedelivery across the site.
  
• Lead and manage a team of security and cleaningstaff, ensuring effective rostering, welfare checks, and ongoing training tomaintain high service standards.
  
• OverseeControl Room and CCTV operations, ensuring GDPR compliance and effectiveincident management.
  
• Conduct regular site audits, reporting on cleaningand security performance, and implementing necessary improvements.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clientrelations, attending meetings, providing operational updates, and ensuring SLAsand KPIs are met.
  
• EnsureAssignment Instructions, SOPs, Risk Assessments and site documentation remain accurate,compliant and up to date.
  
• Managerecruitment, performance, absence and employee relations matters, workingclosely with the HR and Recruitment teams.
  
• Manage stock levels and procurement of cleaningconsumables, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  
• Take a lead role in emergency procedures,coordinating site evacuations and supporting business continuity plans.
  
• Maintain accurate records, including incidentreports, staffing records, and compliance documentation.
  
• Ensurecompliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH requirements and companypolicies.
  
• Ensure aprofessional, customer-focused approach at all times, fostering a positiveexperience for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Validfrontline SIA Licence.
  
• Provenexperience managing Security, Cleaning, Facilities or Soft Services operations.
  
• Experienceleading and developing large multi-functional teams within customer-facingenvironments.
  
• Strong leadership, organisational andpeople-management skills.
  
• Excellentcommunication, presentation and report-writing skills.
  
• Strongclient relationship and stakeholder management experience.
  
• Experiencewith recruitment, performance management and employee relations processes.
  
• Strongunderstanding of Health & Safety, compliance and operational riskmanagement.
  
• Competentin Microsoft 365 and workforce management systems.
  
• Experiencewithin shopping centres, mixed-use developments or high-footfall environments.
  
• Knowledgeof Timegate and Zoho Recruit, or similar systems.
  
• Full 5-year checkable employment history.
