This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and ensure longevity. - Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly. - Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for various production runs. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. - Document production data and equipment performance metrics for analysis and reporting. - Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and manufacturing techniques. - Support quality control measures by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with specifications. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Familiarity with operating manufacturing equipment and machinery. - Experience in adhering to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting. Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. - Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring. - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. - Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
