- Experience - Construction or commercial roofing experience is a plus
- Equipment skills - Forklift or MEWP certification is highly valued
- Valid driver's license - Clean driving record preferred
- Reliability - Consistent attendance and strong work ethic matter
- Safety-first mindset - OSHA 10 or experience with safety-driven companies is a big advantage
As part of our roofing crew, you will:Â
- Support commercial roofing crews with installation, repair and maintenance of roofing systems on active job sites
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Work comfortably at heights
- Follow job specifications and all safety requirements
- Experience with commercial roofing systems such as:
- BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC
- Background in residential roofing or general construction
- Valid driver's license
