Job Summary

The position will be responsible for coordinating staff to work site daily. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the company's goals and vision. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch all team members to assure proper coverage.
• Assign tasks and record activities, projects and tasks on a daily basis.[YK1]
• Ensure service delivery, work orders, and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Prioritizing client issues and dispatching Service Technicians accordingly.
• Responsible for answering all incoming calls from clients.
• Knowledge of where each technician is located each day, to effectively dispatch techs quickly.
• Maintain AET’s productivity standards.
• Must provide quality of service and work product that meets or exceeds AET’s expectations. 
• Must have skills including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with coworkers and clients. 
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Consistently follow up to ensure that loads are moving according to schedule and customers’ 
• High attention to detail.
• Assist coordinators in scheduling personnel for overflow laboratory testing 
• Perform laboratory testing of construction materials.
• Effective communication skills

Pay Transparency 

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $21.00 – $23.00 per hour based on skill set and experience. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. 

Work Environment

This position also may require field work in outdoor conditions on construction sites with uneven ground and adverse weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60-100 pounds. The employee will occasionally push or pull equipment weighing up to 200 pounds. The employee is required to occasionally work outside. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
