This is more than a delivery position—you'll be a trusted partner to our customers by delivering products, assisting with paint mixing, answering questions, and helping ensure our store operates smoothly every day. What You'll Do
As a Delivery Driver / Customer Service Representative, your day may include:
- Safely and accurately deliver automotive paint, supplies, and related products to customers on scheduled routes or as needed
- Pick up products and customer returns from shops and other locations
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Mix automotive paint and coatings according to customer specifications (training provided)
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product questions and order requests
- Process customer returns and help resolve customer concerns
- Check in freight and assist with inventory and store organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Keep company vehicles clean and perform routine checks of fluids and vehicle condition
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to understand and follow federal and state driving regulations
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with store operations and inventory processes is a plus
- Automotive parts, paint, collision repair, or sales experience preferred—but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn!
