Sage Group HealthCare Staffing  is seeking an experienced CPE Certified Educator to lead Clinical Pastoral Education programs, supervise students, and support high-quality spiritual care education in alignment with ACPE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CPE education and experiential learning.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CPE students.
  • Maintain ACPE standards and program compliance.
  • Develop learning objectives and support student growth.
  • Collaborate with chaplains and healthcare teams.

 Requirements

  • Master’s-level theological degree
  • ACPE Certified Educator certification required
  • Ordination/endorsement/commissioning through an appropriate faith tradition
  • Board Certified Chaplain or certification eligibility
  • 1–2 years of healthcare spiritual-care experience
  • Strong teaching, supervision, and communication skills
  • Ability to work virtually and onsite as needed
