Key Responsibilities
- Lead CPE education and experiential learning.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CPE students.
- Maintain ACPE standards and program compliance.
- Develop learning objectives and support student growth.
- Collaborate with chaplains and healthcare teams.
 Requirements
- Master’s-level theological degree
- ACPE Certified Educator certification required
- Ordination/endorsement/commissioning through an appropriate faith tradition
- Board Certified Chaplain or certification eligibility
- 1–2 years of healthcare spiritual-care experience
- Strong teaching, supervision, and communication skills
- Ability to work virtually and onsite as needed
