SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND
SMP Health is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff in our long-term care communities.

Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain infection control standards
- Replenish supplies in resident and facility areas
- Dispose of trash and soiled materials safely and properly
- Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns to leadership
- Follow housekeeping schedules and cleaning procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards
- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Day shift hours
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
