Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team based at Bethany on University while providing therapy services across several skilled nursing communities throughout the Fargo area.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy focused on maximizing independence, safety, and daily function
  • Address activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state licensure requirements
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in North Dakota
