Responsibilities:
- Administration and monitoring of medications, including patient response and dosage tracking
- Support clients and families by addressing concerns and providing compassionate care
- Identify and report changes in patient behavior or symptoms
- Maintain accurate client histories and medical records
- Conduct occasional in-home visits to clients
- Opportunity for CPR Instructor Certification (paid training for eligible candidates)
- CQL Accreditation involvement
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in ND and MN
- Familiarity with ND and MN Home Care laws
- Meets health requirements for direct patient care staff
- Preferred: 1 year of home health care experience
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
