ARE YOU THE VETERINARY SURGERY TECHNICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?

  • Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program or equivalent surgery experience
  • Confident with IV catheters, phlebotomy, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Strong math skills and attention to controlled substances
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Motivation to learn and support others

 

Prior specialty experience is preferred but not required if you're the right fit. We're looking for someone driven, team-oriented, and excited to grow into a key contributor.

 

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position working Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with no weekends or holidays.

 

As our Veterinary Surgery Technician, you'll confidently handle anesthesia, administer epidurals and nerve blocks, and manage critical medicine protocols. You'll monitor patients during surgery and recovery, provide effective pain management, and capture high-quality radiographs while assisting with advanced CT imaging. Additionally, you'll collaborate with veterinarians and clients, mentor others, and help elevate the standard of care in the hospital while enhancing your own expertise.
