We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and maintaining the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain the organization's network and server infrastructure

- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure data integrity and security

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

- Train staff on new technologies and software as needed

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades and replacements

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT systems and data security

- Provide on-call support as needed for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software

- Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
