Join Marvin as a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day purchasing, ensuring Marvin’s supply base delivers the best total value across our product collections.

Highlights of your role

  • Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management 

  • Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers 

  • Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives 

  • Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value 

  • Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field 

  • 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field 

  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related  experience 

  • Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products 

  • Purchasing process and systems knowledge 

  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
