THE BASICS

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: This is a flexible, full-time position in a 24/7 emergency facility. Shifts may include:

Evenings and overnights
Weekends
Holidays

YOUR DAY AS A VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this position, you are the heartbeat of the client experience. Throughout your day, you'll greet worried pet owners, manage multiple phone calls, and guide clients through the visit process with clarity and compassion. You'll create and maintain patient records, coordinate communication between clients and medical staff, and ensure each visit flows seamlessly. As you process invoices, explain payment options, and balance transactions, you'll also take pride in keeping the environment organized and welcoming. Every interaction you have shapes how our clients feel-and you'll play a key role in making even the hardest moments just a little easier.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Do you remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure? Are you someone who can multitask while still paying attention to detail? Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of veterinary experience.
