Starting Wage: $30.37 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 4:48pm - 3:18am) or Weekend shift (Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm)

Your Responsibilities: 

• Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts.  

• Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly.  

• Uses a computer for assembly drawings.  

• Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.  Performs 5S procedures.  

• Takes part in the training process for all new team members.  

• Provides input regarding the performance of new team members.  

• Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams. 

• Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements.  

• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
