Due to Westway Construction's continued growth and expansion, we are looking to add a Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to our DFW team. In this role, you will have full profit and loss responsibility for the greater DFW area while overseeing projects in existing hospitals ranging from $1 million to $20 million in size. You will lead hiring and team development efforts, partner closely with Business Development, and serve as a key relationship manager for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Operations Manager/Director or a high-performing Senior Project Manager or Project Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

Essential Job Functions

Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and programs
Review, monitor, and coordinate all approvals of shop drawings and submittals
Create schedules of values and obtain billing approvals from owners and architects
Partner with Superintendents to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project objectives
Oversee and maintain project Quality Control Programs
Prepare project budgets and manage cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle
Review and negotiate change orders while maintaining project profitability
Formulate, monitor, and maintain all required project reports and logs
Schedule and lead project meetings, owner meetings, and project closeout walkthroughs
Supervise, mentor, and develop project management staff
Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Identify training and professional development opportunities for team members
Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Manage multiple projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive on projects in existing hospitals
Strong understanding of healthcare construction practices and operational requirements
Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and profitability
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and developing project teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
