We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support branch success. You'll oversee inventory, warehouse staff, shipping and receiving, and safety while ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product organization.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and schedule warehouse and delivery team members.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO rotation, inventory transfers, and physical inventories.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
  • Support purchasing activities, product returns, and repackaging processes.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet business goals.
  • Assist with customer support, product recommendations, quoting, and account management as needed.
  • Help improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience in the lubricant, industrial, or chemical industry is a plus.
