Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country. • Lead and supervise team, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development
• Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports
• Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable
• Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed
• Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience 
• Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment required
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to bend and life occasionally, stand for long periods of time
• Gaming environment, environment may be smoky with moderate-to-high noise levels
