Purpose of the PositionRainbow Community Care is currently accepting applications for dedicated CNAs to work at our inpatient center in Johnson Creek on a flex time basis. Key Responsibilities  Assists with ambulation, transferring, and changing position of patients.     Assists the patient with personal grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, skin care, nail care, dressing, transferring and walking.    Assists with preparing meals and assists patients with eating and drinking.     Gives emotional and psychological support to the patient/family.  Maintains a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Performs light housekeeping duties as assigned.    Reads, understands, and follows the plan of care.    Maintains up-to date patient records and documents cares provided to the patient.    Reports changes in patient condition according to Rainbow policies.    Professional Qualifications  Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and proof of current car insurance are required upon hire and must be maintained throughout employment.   Must be able to drive to and from other office/meeting locations as necessary.     Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required.     Minimum of 6 months CNA experience preferred.    Hospice experience preferred.     Personal Qualifications  Must be able to maintain healthy boundaries and positive interpersonal relationships.
