From handling everyday transactions to opening new accounts, you do it all—and do it well. You’re often the first face our customers see and the one they rely on for answers, guidance, and solutions. As the lead for Horizons accounts, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our long-tenured customers, helping them understand and manage their accounts with care and confidence. You’ll also play a key role beyond the teller line—supporting community involvement, coordinating branch events, and keeping your branch visible and engaged through local marketing efforts.
