What We Offer
$150 referral bonus for every caregiver or client you refer — no limit
Competitive pay: $14–$17 per hour (specialty services up to $20 per hour)
Next-day pay option for added financial flexibility

Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care needs
Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Perform safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training provided)
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
Promote the client’s safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
Job Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and walk throughout the shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration
Access to a reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Must pass a background check
Current TB test (may be completed after the interview process)
