Help define the software foundation for next-generation software-defined vehicles.
In this role, you will architect HPC and zonal ECU platforms powering advanced cockpit systems, working in close collaboration with global engineering teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve software architecture across drivers, middleware, frameworks, and communication layersÂ
- Contribute to system-level requirements (power management, fault handling, virtualization, resource management)Â
- Define system KPIs and support CPU/GPU/RAM/Flash/NPU allocationÂ
- Develop scalable architectures aligned with Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) principlesÂ
- Establish OS, middleware, application, and HW/SW interface architectureÂ
- Evaluate middleware and frameworks (AUTOSAR Adaptive, DDS, SOME/IP, etc.)Â
- Support virtualization and container-based systems (Linux, QNX, Hypervisors)Â
- Collaborate with customers to integrate applications into ECU platformsÂ
- Participate in architecture reviews and drive performance, safety, and maintainability improvementsÂ
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategiesÂ
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred)Â
- 5+ years of embedded software experience (automotive preferred)Â
- Strong C/C++ skillsÂ
- Experience with AUTOSAR, Linux, or QNXÂ
- Experience with SoCs, microcontrollers, and driver developmentÂ
- Multi-core ECU and performance optimization experienceÂ
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and SOA designÂ
- Strong system design understandingÂ
- ASPICE familiarity preferredÂ
- Experience in ADAS, infotainment, or connected systemsÂ
- Comfortable in global engineering environmentsÂ
