Job Title: Finance Intern

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team for the Fall/Winter (September – May). This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience in their field of study. The intern will work alongside experienced finance professionals and contribute to a variety of tasks, projects, and initiatives across different finance disciplines.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting.
- Conduct research on financial trends and market conditions.
- Help with the reconciliation of accounts and financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Recommended Education and/or Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline at an accredited institution.
- Good understanding of financial principles and concepts.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
