Location: Farmington, CT

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team for the Fall/Winter (September – May). This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience in their field of study. The intern will work alongside experienced finance professionals and contribute to a variety of tasks, projects, and initiatives across different finance disciplines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct research on financial trends and market conditions.
  • Help with the reconciliation of accounts and financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Recommended Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline at an accredited institution.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
