This role blends strong graphic design expertise with hands-on digital marketing execution, supporting company leaders and business units across a variety of platforms. About Friedman Real Estate Friedman is a full-service real estate firm operating in 20+ states and one of the Midwest’s largest commercial real estate organizations provide brokerage, property and asset management, construction, design, and advisory services. Our portfolio includes 140+ commercial properties (16M+ SF), 20,000+ apartment homes, and $10B in closed brokerage transactions. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Brand Management Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, reports, advertisements, trade show materials, and digital assets. Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for business reviews, proposals, and external communications. Create compelling infographics, charts, and data visualizations that translate complex information into clear visual narratives. Ensure consistent application of brand standards including typography, color, and layout across all materials. Prepare print-ready and publication-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color management, bleed, trim, and production specifications. Participate in creative reviews and project status meetings to ensure alignment and quality. Digital Marketing & Social Media Build and manage social media content calendars for Friedman Companies. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, video, photography, copy) across social platforms. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and develop reporting insights. Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Project Management & Collaboration Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Contribute copywriting, proofreading, and editing support as needed. Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, tools, and efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent certification required). 3+ years of professional commercial design experience; commercial real estate experience preferred. Proven ability to take projects from concept through final production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and WordPress. Strong understanding of offset and digital prepress and print production processes. Experience managing business social media accounts and analytics. Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticket-based project management systems preferred. Animation and/or video production experience preferred. Photography skills a plus. Ability to translate technical or complex information for non-technical audiences. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high-volume workloads.
