Role Summary

As a Full-Time Hospital Liasion in Farmington, NM, you serve as a primary resource for hospital case managers and partner facilities, helping ensure patients receive the right home respiratory services and home medical equipment (HME) without delay. You will coordinate order intake, generate required documentation, collect supporting records/signatures, and provide clear patient instruction on safe equipment use. The role also includes maintaining consignment inventory, completing assigned equipment deliveries/retrievals using company vehicles, and collaborating closely with Sales Representatives and the Regional Sales Manager to support relationship management.

Qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED and 1–3 months related experience (or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills; Brightree experience preferred
- Ability to learn insurance qualification criteria and communicate coverage
- Strong professionalism, organization, initiative, and customer service

A Typical Day

Your day balances focused, remote coordination with timely touchpoints across partner facilities. You’ll review new requests, confirm what’s needed for a clean, complete setup, and keep communication moving through calls, email, and quick follow-ups. When schedules shift, you’ll reprioritize to keep discharge timelines on track and patients informed. You may spend part of the day checking consignment stock levels and ensuring items are ready when needed, then transition to patient-facing moments—explaining next steps in plain language and making sure questions are answered. Throughout the day, you’ll stay connected with internal teams so updates are documented and handoffs are smooth.
