We’re looking for a proven leader who can elevate team performance and ensure best-in-class service for our customers.

What You’ll Do 

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers. Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism. 
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency. 
  • Revenue Growth: Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded. 
  • Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets our quality standards. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience. 
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention. 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing 
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams 
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes 
  • Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Master plumber license preferred (or working toward one)
