Shift Supervisor

Shift Leader helps the shift run smoothly by taking care of their restaurant teams and guests and
delivering operational excellence.

Essential Functions

ï‚· Develop Servant Leaders-Puts your people and restaurant first-not yourself
ï‚· Create Memorable Experiences-Creates a service experience so good the guest cant wait to come back to Popeyes
ï‚· Administration-Maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals
Responsibilities
ï‚· Coaches, trains and develops team members around processes and procedures at each station

ï‚· Actively participates in team huddles offering great ideas
ï‚· Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success
ï‚· Serves as a role model and coaches Brand service behaviors
ï‚· Fixes bottlenecks, calls chicken drops and monitors Speed of Service
ï‚· Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
ï‚· Spends time with the guests in the dining room doing table touches throughout the shift
ï‚· Supports the team to resolve guest concerns quickly
ï‚· Ensures product quality and all standards are met on their shift
ï‚· Provides ideas to the restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics and feedback
ï‚· Leads each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members
ï‚· Must be proficient in each are of the restaurant to assist when necessary
ï‚· Uses shift tools and routines to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness Standards (QSC) are met
ï‚· Ensures accuracy of inventory and waste tracking
ï‚· Reviews and approves invoices and inter-store transfers (ISTs)
ï‚· Checks people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
ï‚· Follows through with action plans for Employee Engagement, Voice of the Guest and Operational Assessments during the shift

Required Education and Experience

ï‚· Minimum Age: 18 years old
ï‚· Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
