Job DetailsJob Location: Farmington, MO 63640Job Shift: AnyStep Drill-Level 1 Qualifications: Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations Perform basic functions of arithmetic:  add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure Perform reading, writing and speaking at a basic level Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills Must be able to use a micrometer and other measuring tools, have the ability to monitor quality and work with close tolerances Understanding drill sizes is essential   Daily Responsibilities: Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity Operate machine using measuring tools Runs specialty work  Understanding of work tolerances Monitoring work quality Keep tooling and work organized Reading and signing of paperwork   Physical Requirements: 100% standing/sitting (employees preference) 5 -10% shifting or bending Lifting up to 25 lbs.       Licenses/Certifications Requirements:                  NoneQualifications
