The Project Engineer – Process Excellence is responsible for analyzing, mapping, improving, and sustaining operational processes across the TruServices department. This role leads process improvement initiatives, develops future-state process designs, and establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process mapping, improvement initiatives and implementation and support adoption

  • Develop standardized process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions

  • Identify process interfaces, handoffs, bottlenecks, and risk

  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to drive process improvement

  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful rollout of new processes

  • Define, develop, and maintain key figures and KPI

  • Establish performance dashboards and reporting structures

  • Analyze process performance data and provide actionable insights

  • Support management with data-driven recommendations

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

  • Ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals and standards

Experience  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Ability to drive action across hierarchy with a structured and proactive approach. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies a plus. Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and/or Power BI tool capabilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Process Engineering or Business required. 3 years' experience in continuous improvement or project management role. Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
