SUMMARY
The Business Development Account Manager directs activities between ATC and customers (existing and future/potential customers) that affect sales, customer service, order posting, pricing, billing, core tracking and on-time delivery of orders, Ensure that customer demands and expectations are communicated throughout the organization, and lead resolution of business related issues. Insure stable customer relations through frequent customer contacts. Promote expanded business opportunities by exploring potential needs that can be fulfilled by ATC by performing the essential duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist ATC in any manner required to promote customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to secure current business and attract new business.
- Directly responsible to present and recover cost increases from the Customer. Cost increases may originate from customer driven engineering changes, component costs, freight, duties/tariffs, underutilization of CAPEX, excess inventory/obsolescence, among othersÂ
- Work directly with ATC and Customer accounting offices to ensure full and timely paymentsÂ

- Coordinate backorder meetings between ATC and Customer’s on an as needed basis.
- Help monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain a high level of customer interface; ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and problems.
- Adhere to the policies, procedures and instructions of the Quality and Materials systems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent English language skills are mandatory. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, internal stakeholders and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
SOFTWARE SKILLS
Very proficient with Microsoft suite of products; ability to create complex spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations. Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Epicor or other CRM systems required.Â
