Job Summary:
A strong, independent CRNA will thrive in this quality‑of‑life role, practicing within a collaborative 3‑CRNA group where most OR days finish by lunchtime unless on call. The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options. The position offers 5 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME, and a full benefits package including retirement, health, dental, and vision. Located in Clarksville near the Arkansas River and Lake Dardanelle, the community offers a blend of natural beauty and cultural amenities, including the University of the Ozarks and the Walton Fine Arts Center. With the Ozark National Forest covering much of the surrounding area, residents enjoy abundant opportunities for canoeing, fishing, hiking, and camping, and Clarksville serves as the southern gateway to the Ozark Highlands National Scenic Byway leading to Eureka Springs. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered.
● Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
