What You Will Do:Ā 

  • Direct, remotely, the activities of 10-25 service technicians andĀ possibly 1Ā dispatcher, share on call dutiesĀ 

  • Oversee and develop processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction that will maximize revenue, and visitingĀ new and existing customersĀ a must.Ā 

  • Meet or exceed region service goals including incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratio, service delivery, margin rates,Ā inventory,Ā etc.Ā 

  • Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction while meeting/exceeding regionĀ targets.Ā 

  • Form high performing teams and lead regional efforts to source, hire, train and develop talent.Ā 

  • ProvideĀ leadership in setting and achieving Region goals in the profitable installation, maintenance and repair of Stanley products and the growth of the service direct customer base.Ā 

  • Analyze,Ā develop,Ā and implement systems and process productivity enhancements.Ā 

  • Direct leadership of Service Technicians, Service Dispatcher, WarehouseĀ personnelĀ and administrative support.Ā 

  • ParticipateĀ actively and support all initiatives such as hiring, training and mentoring service techniciansĀ toĀ drive efficiency.Ā 

  • Model, foster and drive the Stanley values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed.Ā 

  • Audit of all incoming work orders forĀ accuracy,Ā i.e.,Ā Part numbers, Door ID’s, Signatures, Customer Forms, POĀ numbersĀ and NTE.Ā 

  • Perform half day or full day ride along, evaluate work practices and safety equipmentĀ Ā

What You Need to Succeed:Ā 

Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diplomaĀ requiredĀ 

  • A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, isĀ requiredĀ for this position.Ā 

  • A clean driving recordĀ 

  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessaryĀ 

  • ProvenĀ track recordĀ of successĀ 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, chaotic environmentĀ 

  • Proven team builder and playerĀ 

  • Strong business acumenĀ (DriveĀ productivity, P&L understanding, data analysis)Ā 

  • DemonstratedĀ communication skillsĀ 

  • Excellent team and interpersonal skillsĀ 

  • Strong detail orientationĀ 

  • Strong computer skillsĀ (MicrosoftĀ applications,Ā Microsoft Dynamics365, Spreadsheets, word processing )Ā
