About the Role:
Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Williamsport, PA as Hotel Maintenance and Housekeeping professionals. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders
- Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Report any damage, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and company standards
