This is how you WOW:
  • Evaluate, inspect, repair, and rebox compromised merchandise, packaging, and pallets in strict accordance with quality standards.
  • Process customer and dealer returns, inspecting condition and paperwork for warranty claims and credit evaluation.
  • Safely operate hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, cutters) to repair or rebuild shipping units and packaging.
  • Issue credit vouchers, draft explanation letters for denied warranty claims, and collaborate with customer service on RMAs.
  • Monitor packaging supply levels, order necessary materials (boxes, labels, pallets), and maintain an orderly work area.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
  • High school diploma/GED or 6+ months of relevant experience in a warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, or rework environment.
  • Previous experience using hand tools or power tools for repairs or packaging tasks.
  • Basic math, English reading/writing, and detail-oriented skills for checking part numbers, quantities, and labels.
  • Basic computer or scanner skills to look up locations, part quantities, and inventory data.
  • Knowledge of hazmat labeling and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) when handling relevant products.

Work Environment
  • Working hours will be spent in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, variable temperatures, and high noise levels requiring proper PPE.
  • Moderate to heavy physical activity is required daily, including walking and exposure to fluctuating temperatures or vibration.
Physical Demands
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for up to 10 hours daily while safely operating hand tools, handling boxes, and moving pallets.
