How you will make an impact

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer high-volume calls, and direct inquiries.
  • Support recruiting activities: pre-employment testing, background checks, and new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, update employee data in HRIS systems (ADP, Procore, Bernie Portal), and prepare reports.
  • Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits administration, and HR events.
  • Assistwith employee relations matters, safety compliance, and policy updates.
  • Manage administrative tasks like timekeeping, OSHA logs, labor law postings, and HR communications.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldand or3+yearsproven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive in the industrial contractingsector.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, ADP preferred,notrequired.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety, workforce planning, and employment regulations specific to the construction or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strongattention to detailand excellent organizational skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany.
  • Ability tohandleconfidential information with care.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
