Location: North Carolina
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

This North Carolina remote counseling therapist role is designed for licensed clinicians who want to provide accessible mental health care through a professional telehealth setting. You will support clients through secure online sessions while maintaining high standards of clinical care and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in North Carolina
Create individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
Support clients with emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns
Maintain accurate clinical records and progress documentation
Deliver ethical, confidential, and client-centered care

Must hold an active North Carolina license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage remote clinical responsibilities independently
