Position Summary Washington Regional's Trauma Surgery is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Advanced Practice Provider, to join our team. This is a hospital-based nocturnist position. Essential Position Responsibilities Surgical consultations and responding to ED for trauma alerts. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans. Assist in diagnosing and managing medical and surgical conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and treatments. Ensure accurate documentation and complete discharge summaries. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner with Acute Care certification or Physician Assistant program Licensure and Certifications: Arkansas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License and CPR, required. National certification, required Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in trauma surgery or critical care preferred EMR: EPIC EMR experience preferred   Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50lbs. This position will spend 20% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment. Qualifications
