• Complete OT evaluations and develop care plans
• Treat short-term rehab & long-term care residents
• Document progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing & rehab teams

• Active California OT license (or OT license in process!)
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong documentation & communication skills
