About The Role We are seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role supports administrative, scheduling, and reception duties to maintain a well-organized and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Perform front desk and reception duties, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries. Maintain and update client information in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Coordinate and schedule client appointments, including managing the doctor’s calendar. Order office and facility supplies as needed. Organize and file client and employee paperwork, ensuring compliance with agency protocols. Facilitate the discharge process for inactive clients. Receive and route client referrals to appropriate staff. Manage and schedule conference room usage. Distribute incoming mail and route information to staff efficiently.
