Job DetailsJob Location: Fayetteville , NC 28310Position Type: Full TimePosition title: PC Technician Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required: SECRET   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide desktop and help desk support for SOMTC classrooms.  Support Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) environments. Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software, and peripheral issues.  Ensure systems meet security, configuration, and operational standards.  Document support actions and update incident/ticketing systems.  Assist SOMTC staff in maintaining a reliable, secure, and mission ready IT environment. Qualifications Associate in an IT related field or 4 years of professional experience. DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at Basic. Networking concepts and protocols. Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Physical components and IT architecture. System operation, maintenance, and security. Troubleshooting hardware and software. Configuring and validating workstations. Documenting and querying incidents. Interoperability of Army/Joint Mission Command systems; IT support in an Enterprise environment.
