Summary of Job Duties:

Responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized Dashboard with multiple workspace environments and providing user support across college administrative units (including but not limited to finance, HR, IT, and grants management). Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing customized workspace environments with versatile workflows and task automations that streamline business processes throughout the college. Responsible for adding, removing, and managing data (including MOU’s and contracts), establishing process approval chains, creating reports and forms, maintaining security controls and user access, developing tutorials, reference guides, and other relevant materials to train new and current users, communicating updates and new developments as they are rolled out, resolving incidents and providing user support, and working with Smartsheet developers to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and improve the quality of service the administrative units provide to the college and university. Provide support to departmental/unit level users, understand their experience, and help problem solve and troubleshoot as needed.


Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Experience using accounting principles

  • Experience with computer programming or designing and implementing computerized workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or other IT-related field from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Direct experience and use of Smartsheet

  • Experience with accounting and financial management at the University of Arkansas or another institution of higher education
