Line Cook - PM

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Follow grilling, frying, food safety, and portion control procedures.
• Keep orders organized and moving smoothly through the line.
• Monitor cooking equipment, timers, and ovens to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver accurate, fresh, and flavorful meals every time.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, guest checks, and company order procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to food quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and safely operate kitchen equipment.
