About the Role:
Just Like Home Health Care 2 Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Fayetteville, NC. If you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives and providing quality, personalized care, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to supervising nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in the home setting
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
- Document patient care activities accurately and communicate updates to the care team
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- Prior experience in home health care, long-term care, or a similar patient care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Fayetteville, NC area
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and their families
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
