Full Time Warehouse Specialist

POSITION TITLE: WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST  

DEPARTMENT: WAREHOUSE
REPORTS TO: WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER
 PAY GRADE: 63
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT  

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY  

Loads, unloads, and delivers inventory; assists in the maintenance of the warehouse and stores.  

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Loads and distributes inventory to stores in accordance with requests. 
• Unloads trucks and stocks the warehouse, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. 
• Maintains buildings and provides routine housekeeping. 
• Operates motor vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment. 
• Other duties as assigned.   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  

High School Diploma and up to 2 Years’ Experience   

Valid Driver’s License with Acceptable Driving Record  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS   

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear 
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. 
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance 
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
