Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Warehouse Associate – Receiving supports warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring products are properly organized and available to support customer orders and branch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service. 



Responsibilities and Duties:

Receiving Operations

  • Unload incoming shipments and inspect products for damage or discrepancies
  • Match incoming items to packing slips and purchase orders
  • Accurately label and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Report shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect shipments to a supervisor
  • Update receiving and inventory information in the system as required

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, purchasing, and sales teams
  • Notify supervisors of delivery delays or receiving issues
  • Work cooperatively with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy
  • Follow direction to meet daily productivity and quality expectations

General Warehouse Support

  • Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product rotation as needed
  • Follow all company safety policies and properly use equipment and tools

Requirements

 

Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer or scanning tool proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment
  • Dependable, team-focused work style
