Position Summary

As a Counter/Warehouse Sales Representative, you will be the face of our business, assisting customers with product selection, order processing, and exceptional service. This role combines customer interaction, sales support, and warehouse coordination to ensure customers receive the products they need when they need them.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions
• Process sales orders, quotations, and returns accurately
• Answer phone inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed, via RF Scanning Device

What We're Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or a related industry preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with sales or order-entry systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
