CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location: Fort Detrick, MD

Position Summary

Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC (CFDay) is seeking experienced Logistics Analyst III professionals to support an anticipated U.S. Army Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. These positions support PM Soldier Medical Devices by planning, coordinating, and executing medical materiel fielding activities, ensuring equipment is delivered, documented, and transferred to supported Army units in accordance with Government requirements.

Multiple assignments are available, including Materiel Fielding, Regional Manager Support, Transportation Coordination, and Fielding Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support medical materiel fielding operations.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of fielding events.
  • Prepare and maintain fielding documentation.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel and supported Army units.
  • Monitor equipment accountability and property transfer documentation.
  • Support transportation planning and logistics coordination, as assigned.
  • Track fielding milestones and provide status reports.
  • Support issue resolution during fielding operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience supporting logistics, supply, transportation, or materiel fielding operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S. Army logistics or medical materiel fielding.
  • Experience with Army logistics or property accountability systems.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
