Job Title:Ā Physical Security Specialist
Reports To: General Manager or Owner
Key Areas of Responsibility:Ā Ā Ā
The Door/Locksmith Technician position is an integral part of DiMarco Security dba FlyLock Security Solutions of Greater PA & NJĀ and is key to the growth of the company. All technicians must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The position is a hands-on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have locksmithing knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.
Ā The responsibilities of a FlyLock Security Solutions Specialist consist of the following:
- Ability to install, repair, and maintain Commercial and Residential hardware.
- Ability to install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware
- Safe and Card Access experience is a Huge Plus
- Full Frame/Door Replacement experience is a Huge Plus
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to troubleshoot with a variety of variables in situations.
- Ability to effectively present information to office & customers.
Ā Operations Support:
- Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.
- Perform small projects as directed by Management.
- Complete and submit electronic paperwork accurately and on time.
Ā Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades required.
- Good relationship-building skills with a diverse population including all customersā partners, technicians, and all other company employees.
- Good verbal, communication, & organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy.
- Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.
- Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
